Summary

A Lakewood Ranch homeowner wanted to restore the look and durability of their brick paver driveway and marble pool deck. Florida's climate can take a toll on these surfaces, so we used our detailed prep and sealing process to address organic buildup, joint stability, and lasting protection.

The Work

Shielded all landscaping and pool edges before starting
Used specialty pre-treatment to break down mold, algae, and oils
Deep-cleaned pavers and joints with rotary pressure washing
Installed and compacted platinum silica sand for joint strength
Applied multiple coats of commercial-grade 2-part urethane sealer for a wet look, UV resistance, and joint hardening
Soft washed coping and upper pool deck areas
Final walkthrough and site cleanup to ensure a spotless finish

The Outcome

The driveway and pool deck now look refreshed and are better protected against Florida weather. Clean lines, deep color, and stabilized joints help the surfaces stand up to rain, sun, and daily use. The owner can enjoy a cleaner, safer outdoor space.
