Summary

Weather and regular use can leave outdoor surfaces looking worn and stained. This Tampa property had brick paver areas around the pool deck and driveway that needed a refresh to handle Florida's climate and keep everything looking sharp.

The Work

Cleaned and prepped both pool deck and driveway pavers to remove dirt, organic buildup, minor rust, and efflorescence
Degreased surfaces for a clean slate before sealing
Installed new sand (black for pool deck, tan for driveway) to stabilize joints
Applied a 2-part moderate enhanced sealer for added protection and color depth

The Outcome

After finishing the job, the pavers looked noticeably brighter and more even. The surface now feels cleaner and resists buildup from the humid environment. Sealing helps preserve the color and structure, making the pool area and driveway more inviting for everyday use and gatherings.
